A. No separate membership registration is required. The service uses an email-based login method and only the minimum necessary information.

2. Login and Use

Q. Email login?
A. Use your email address, check registration, and enter the password for that email.
Q. Forgot password?
A. Use the password reset function on the login screen.
Q. Multiple devices?
A. The same email account can be used on multiple devices.

3. Fees and Payment

Q. Service fee?
A. The service is provided at 3,000 KRW per month.
Q. Download count?
A. Downloads are provided up to 2 times for the same device type.
Q. After payment?
A. The service can be used immediately after payment.
Q. Refund?
A. Because the app can be downloaded immediately after payment, refunds are limited.

4. Conditions for Using AI Features

Q. AI operation?
A. AI features work only when AI calls and external linkage are allowed in the input environment.
Q. Feature limits?
A. Some features may be limited by operating system policy, app restrictions, network, or security settings.
Q. Use condition?
A. AI features are used only in the environment called by directly pressing the AI key.

5. Keyboard Input Information and AI Transfer

Q. Always sent to server?
A. General keyboard input stays in the device input field. It may be sent to an external API only when the user directly selects AI, translation, summary, or another linked function.
Q. Does the company store input?
A. The company does not constantly collect or separately store general keyboard input.
Q. What is processed by AI?
A. When the AI key is pressed, the current sentence or request may be sent to an external AI API for generation, improvement, translation, or summary.
Q. STT or CALL caution?
A. When converting voice, conversations, or calls to text, the user must follow applicable laws, consent requirements, and privacy duties.

6. Customer Inquiry and Partnership

Q. Customer inquiry?
A. Inquiries can be submitted through the form or by email (ceo@maapcs.net).
Q. Partnership inquiry?
A. Partnership inquiries can be submitted through the form or by email and will be reviewed.
Q. Reply time?
A. Inquiries are checked in order, generally on business days.

7. Privacy and Security

Q. Collected information?
A. Only the minimum information required for email login is collected, and optional information may be entered by the user.
Q. Ad tracking?
A. MaZip does not use external advertising tracking or analytics tools.
Q. Access information?
A. For stability and security, minimal access information such as IP and access records may be generated.
Q. Retention period?
A. Login information is retained during service use, and inquiry information is retained for 3 years from receipt.
Q. Keyboard input stored?
A. Input is basically processed on the user device. It may be sent externally only when AI features are used, and the company does not separately store it.
Q. Voice and call recording safe?
A. STT and CALL convert voice data to text. Recording another person’s voice must be used under the user’s responsibility and in compliance with law.
