Terms of Use

Article 1. Purpose

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the MaZip AI APP website.

Article 2. Definitions

User means any visitor who uses this service.

Content means AI APP, app installation files, guidance documents, and related materials.

Other terms follow applicable laws and general practice.

Article 3. Posting and change

The company posts these terms on the initial service screen.

If laws or service policies change, the terms may be changed with 7 days prior notice.

Article 4. Service provision and change

The company makes efforts to provide a stable service.

All or part of the service may be changed or suspended for operational or technical reasons.

Article 5. User obligations

• Users must comply with applicable laws, terms, and notices.
• Users must not infringe the rights of others.
• Users must not interfere with normal service operation.

Article 6. Scope of use

• The service is provided at 3,000 KRW per month.
• App downloads are provided up to 2 times for the same device type.
• Because the app is downloaded immediately after payment, immediate service provision is made and refunds are limited.

Article 7. Premises for AI functions

When AI functions are used, entered sentences may be sent to an external AI processing server and are not separately stored by the company.

• AI functions operate only when AI calls, external API linkage, and data transfer are allowed in the device, operating system, and app environment.
• Some functions may be limited by operating system policies, app restrictions, network conditions, or security settings.
• The user uses AI functions only in an environment called by directly pressing the AI key.
• When external API functions are used, entered sentences or requests may be sent to an external server.
• The company is not responsible for non-operation or result differences caused by user environment limitations.

Article 7-2. Keyboard input processing

• General keyboard input is reflected in the device input field and is not constantly collected or stored by the company.
• When AI, TRANS, NOTE, STT, or CALL is directly executed, necessary information may be processed within the required scope.
• Keyboard input is not automatically transmitted without explicit function execution.

Article 7-3. STT and CALL responsibility

• STT and CALL convert or organize voice, conversation, or call content only when directly executed by the user.
• Before recording, saving, transmitting, or distributing another person’s voice or call, the user must confirm applicable law and consent.
• The user is responsible for unauthorized recording, privacy infringement, defamation, or other inappropriate use.

Article 8. Privacy

Personal information processing follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Intellectual property

Copyrights in content posted on the service belong to the company or legitimate rights holders, and unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Article 10. Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for service interruption caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to the company.

The company is not responsible for damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.

Article 11. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes may be filed with the competent court.

Supplementary provision

These terms take effect on April 15, 2026.
